Fashion designer adds his unique twist to casual wear and stirs turbulence in old-fashioned notions of masculinity

Let's dive into the mind-bending world of Dolev Elron, the 28-year-old Menswear designer, working at Acne Studios as well as his own namesake brand, who's flipping menswear inside out. His collection, 'Casual Turbulence', is a playful disruption of what we think masculinity looks like, winning him one of fashion's most luxurious prizes at the Hyères Festival.

Elron is doing things to menswear that feel less like design and more like alchemy. He messes with tradition in the most satisfying way possible. Think jeans and tank tops, but filtered through the eyes of someone who clearly enjoys stirring up matter. Pockets curve, belts spiral, and wave-like patterns feel like they're rippling through the fabric. 

He could've just stopped with the trippy shapes, but it looks like Elron's got a bigger point to make. His work teases the clichés of masculinity: the stiffness, the hyper-functionality, the fear of even a single curve. Instead, he offers clothes that are playful, unpredictable, and fittingly, hypnotizing. It's masculinity with a wink.
